Biography

Born in 1974 in Ruma, where she completed primary and secondary education. She completed her basic medical studies in 2000 at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad. After completing the regular clinical internship, the employment relationship begins at the Institute for Pulmonary Diseases of Vojvodina in Sremska Kamenica. She completed her specialization in pneumophthisiology in 2007 at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Novi Sad. During her work at the Institute, she is mostly devoted to patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and as part of the Center for Pathophysiology of Breathing, she participates in all pulmonary function tests as well as preoperative assessments and preparations for various thoracic and extrathoracic procedures and operations. In 2015, he completed his subspecialization in allergology, which earned him the title of pneumophthisiologist-allergist . From 2015 to 2020, he is the head of the department for breathing disorders during sleep at the Center for Sleep Medicine of the Institute of Pulmonary Diseases of Vojvodina, where he deals with the assessment of sleep apnea in outpatient and hospital conditions, and in 2016 he completed his doctoral studies with the thesis: "Validation of standardized questionnaire for the assessment of sleep-disordered breathing syndrome". From 2020, he continues to work abroad, at the International Royal Hospital in Bahrain, in the position of pulmonologist for expert consultative services.

He is a member of the Medical Chamber of Serbia, the Association of Doctors of Vojvodina, the Serbian Medical Association, the European Respiratory Society, the European Academy of Allergy & Clinical Immunology (EAACI), the European Spirometry Driving License project.

Areas of work and services :

Assessment and analysis of lung function: spirometry, body plethysmography, impulse oscillometry, blood gas analysis, spiroergometry, diffusion capacity.

Diagnosis of asthma and other obstructive lung diseases, bronchodilator test and bronchoprovocation test.

Screening, diagnosis and treatment of breathing disorders during sleep; respiratory polygraphy and polysomnography.

Performing and analyzing allergy tests, skin prick test, intradermal test, skin prick to prick test.

Preoperative assessment.

The doctor performs consulting examinations as an external associate.
