Biography

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, she worked as a doctor in several health institutions in Mladenovac, Belgrade, Poreč. In 1983, she began her university career as an assistant trainee at the Department of the Faculty of Medicine in Kragujevac, and then worked in various capacities at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade until 2017, when she retired as a full professor. After that, he works as an independent consultant in the field of food and nutrition.

In addition to working with students, she worked all the time in the Counseling Center for Dietetics with patients for whom nutritional therapy is basic or is part of the treatment at the request of other specialists.

She has published over 200 scientific papers, editor of the Hygiene textbook for medical students and co-author of several books for postgraduate training.
